Among the victims was prominent survivor Marie Collins More (DUBLIN) — The Vatican says Pope Francis has met with eight survivors of clerical and institutional abuse on the first day of his trip to Ireland, which is ground zero for the Catholic Church’s abuse scandal. Vatican spokesman Greg Burke said Francis met with the group for about a half hour Saturday evening. Among the victims was Marie Collins, a prominent survivor who served on Francis’ advisory board but quit in frustration last year. She has since become a harsh critic of the Vatican, and occasionally the pope. Burke named several participants after they agreed to be identified publicly. They included two priests and a public official. Francis arrived in Dublin on Saturday and vowed to end the “scourge” of abuse. He said he shared the outrage over the cover-up of “these repugnant crimes.”

Police in South Carolina apparently think so, and they arrested a man in Spartanburg for indecent exposure on Wednesday. An off-duty police officer spotted the man, identified as David Lee Tinsley, standing naked in front of his window, The State reports. The officer was walking on the sidewalk in an apartment complex in the early evening and saw a man standing inside his apartment in front of the sliding glass window that faces a public walkway. The paper reports that the officer wrote in an incident report that he stopped walking and looked at the naked man. The man looked back at the officer while holding the blinds open, exposing his genitals. And then the story takes a turn. Two brothers had reportedly been on board the plane to scatter their late father’s ashes. But now, the plane crash has led to even more loss for the family. The plane’s pilot, Scott Landis, was one of the two brothers, who were the only people on the plane. He died on Saturday after suffering injuries during the crash,  Boston 25 News reported . Scott Landis’s brother Patrick is in critical condition at Tufts Medical Center, according to the news outlet. The plane apparently crashed into water near Cranland Airport in Hanson, Mass. Boston 25 reports that the two men were recovered from the plane and taken to two different hospitals, Tufts Medical Center and Massachusetts General Hospital. The clip in question is Sean playing  The Walking Dead: Our World , which is an augmented reality game that animates characters into a real-world setting. In this case, players kill zombies. Along with Sean’s video he wrote, “Finally something better than  Pokemon Go ,” which is also an augmented reality game. You can play both games on a smartphone. Both AR games encourage players to explore their neighborhoods in real life and can utilize the phone’s camera to blend reality and the game. Winter is coming ... with a little bit of a delay. Earlier this year, rumor had it that “Game of Thrones” Season 8 would begin airing sometime in April 2019. The gossip started with a quote Maisie Williams allegedly gave Metro in the U.K., which she later denied. Still, fans hopped on the date and rally around it to this day. And, hey, a release earlier in the year makes sense. HBO’s president of programming, Casey Bloys, said the show would be premiering in the first half of 2019. And in order to qualify for the Emmy Awards in ’19, a series must air between June 1, 2018, and May 31, 2019. An American doctor is facing time in jail after he was dragged to court for allegedly putting his mouth on a patient’s breast during a cancer-screening examination. The New York primary care doctor, Mark Jackson, 58, is being charged with two counts of sex abuse and one count of forcible touching. Jackson allegedly sexually abused the patient on September 15, 2017 while employed at the Star Treatment and Recovery Center in Harlem. According to New York Post , “The defendant placed his mouth on her right breast and grabbed her hand and placed it on his penis and stated in sum and substance: Do you see how hard you got me?” Jackson “betrayed the trust of his patient and sexually abused her while she was seeking a simple cancer screening,” said prosecutor Matthew McCarthy. Recounting what transpired at the screening to investigators on December 1, 2017, Jackson said: “During the breast exam, I only touched her with my hands.” He told investigators that he later called

French Tennis Federation president, Bernard Giudicelli made this known in an interview in Tennis Magazine’s 500th edition, according to ESPN. The regulation is important because “I think that sometimes we’ve gone too far,” Giudicelli said. Giudicelli singled out Williams’ outfit at this year’s Roland Garros and said: "It will no longer be accepted. One must respect the game and the place."
