Former Nigeria international, Emmanuel Amuneke, has been named the new head coach of Tanzania. The 47-year-old on Monday, signed a two-year deal, to take over from Salum Mayanga. Amuneke’s first task will be to get the Taifa Stars’ Africa Cup of Nations qualifying campaign back on track. The East Africans are third in Group L, having being held to a 1-1 home draw by Lesotho. Tanzania had hired and parted ways with four different coaches since 2014. Amuneke will play his first match when Tanzania face Uganda in an Africa Cup of Nations qualifying clash on September 7, 2018.

Barcelona have reportedly presented Manchester United with £100million for Paul Pogba. In an attempt to lure the midfielder to Camp Nou before the close of transfer window, the Catalan giants have also tasked Pogba’s agent Mino Raiola to facilitate the deal as fast as possible. The World Cup-winning midfielder had several bust-ups with United manager Jose Mourinho last season and is believed to be questioning his future at the club. His former club, Juventus and Barcelona have shown interest to sign the midfielder this summer. TuttoSport reports on Monday that the Catalan giants have made the first official approach. According to the newspaper, Riola is jetting into Manchester City from United State where he will officially present United with an offer of £100m. Juve are primed to launch a rival bid, and are willing to offer Miralem Pjanic in exchange, though Mourinho has already identified the Bosnian as the ideal replacement even if United accept the cash offer from Barcelona

While Beyoncé  talked about a lot on her new Vogue cover story from working on her marriage to Jay-Z to how much weight she gained while pregnant with her twins. It was her comment about her pubic regions that sent social media users running wild. Speaking to the magazine for its September issue, the 36-year-old music superstar revealed that her body had changed quite a bit since carrying Rumi and Sir, but for now she is still at peace with with having a FUPA. Unsurprisingly, fans were surprised by her use of the acronym, and flew to social media to share reactions, jokes, and memes about it.  'To this day my arms, shoulders, breasts, and thighs are fuller,' Beyoncé wrote in a series of lengthy paragraphs that are published in the new issue. 'I have a little mommy pouch, and I'm in no rush to get rid of it.'  She continued: 'I think it's real. Whenever I'm ready to get a six-pack, I will go into beast zone and work my ass off until I have it. '

Demi Lovato has been discharged from hospital and has checked straight into rehab. It comes almost two weeks after the singer suffered a near fatal drug overdose. The 25-year-old took a private plane to one of the nation's leading addiction facilities, which is outside California, after left Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in LA over the weekend, TMZ reported.  It is unknown how long she will stay there, but is expected to remain under care for at least 30 days.  Meanwhile her management team are now focusing on eliminating the toxic friends in the star's life, and ensuring she is only surrounded by positive influences. Sources close to Demi have told the site that Demi's team held a meeting last week to discuss 'separating her from toxic people in her life once she gets out of rehab'. TMZ alleges that the list of 'toxic' people include a distant relative of Demi as well as 'yes' friends, drug users and anyone without the singer's best interes

Beyonce is the cover star of US Vogue Magazine's iconic September issue, and music superstar strikes a fierce pose under the cover line  'Everyone's voice counts, Beyonce in her own words.'   In the issue, Beyonce wrote a personal essay for Vogue where she opens up about her two pregnancies, her relationship with husband Jay Z, learning to love her body and exploring her ancestry.  The 36-year-old mother of three also revealed she underwent an emergency Caesarean section when she welcomed her twins in June 2017. 'I was 218 pounds the day I gave birth to Rumi and Sir. I was swollen from toxemia and had been on bed rest for over a month. My health and my babies’ health were in danger, so I had an emergency C-section' she wrote. Beyonce is also mother to Blue Ivy, six, with hip hop heavyweight Jay-Z, 48, and revealed she felt pressure to snap back into shape within three months after her daughter was born which, looking back, she now feels was 'crazy'
