Amnesty or Punishment

When there is a crime, the first thing to do is to attend to the victims of the  crime and help them in any way you can then go after the criminals, when the criminal are eventually caught the next line of action is either to punish them or forgive them but off course forgiving them will mean they are sober and feel sorry for the crime they have committed and willing to make amends. When it comes to the issue of Boko Haram, The Nigerian government and The Nigerian citizens its a completely different scenario the government has left the victims of BH unattended to, they are still yet to catch the members of the BH sect who at the perpetrators of this disastrous act called suicide bombing which has brought pain to a lot of Nigerians a lot o people, especially those in the North are grieving over the loss of their loved ones and the loss of  properties  not much has been done by the government to help rehabilitate the victims while some of the Northern elites like the Sultan, Nasir El ruf

Just a few years back, in the year 1999 Nigeria experienced a change in the telecommunication  sector with the introduction of the GSM phone which I call "general street madness". These days, it is not just about having a Nokia 3310 or a Sagem phone which enables you to make calls and send text messages only it's all about the blackberry, android phones etc there is one thing common with these phones it enables one to go to any networking site as much as they want to.                                             In Nigeria, people use the social network for different reasons some use it to voice out their anger against certain government policies, some use it to air their views about certain  issues, some use it to share their pictures with their family and friends while some have taken advantage of the social network to bare their dirty minds and upload disgusting pictures of them selves.  What will one make out of this picture of a 49 years old woman by the names miss ke
