Aretha Franklin Funeral, Public Viewing Plans Announced



Aretha Franklin’s rep today announced memorial plans for the late singer, which will take place over three separate days and two different locations.
Viewing will begin on Aug. 28 at the Charles H. Wright Museum of African American History in Detroit, Mich. The public is welcome to attend starting at 9 a.m. and ending at 9 p.m., and the schedule and location repeat for the following day.
The funeral service will follow on Aug. 31 at the Greater Grace Temple, and will be limited to Franklin’s family and friends.The legendary songstress will be buried alongside her father, Rev. C.L. Franklin; her brother Cecil Franklin; her sisters Carolyn Franklin and Erma Franklin; and her nephew, Thomas Garrett at Woodlawn Cemetery in Detroit.
The world-renowned “Queen of Soul” died on Thursday at age 76 after a battle with pancreatic cancer. Three days prior, members of Franklin’s family told Detroit news outlet Local 4 that she was gravely ill.
Known for hit songs like “(You Make Me Feel Like) A Natural Woman,” “Respect,” and “Think,” Franklin performed regularly since her cancer diagnosis in 2010. Her last show was at the Elton John AIDS Foundation Gala located in New York in November. Her set included nine tracks, including “Say a Little Prayer,” “I Knew You Were Waiting” and “Freeway.”

Ronaldo Jr exceeds dad, scores four goals on Juventus debut

Cristiano Ronaldo is yet to score for Juventus after three games, but  son found the net four times on his debut with the Under-9 team. Cristiano Ronaldo Jr, wearing his father’s iconic no. 7 shirt, scored four as his team ‘Pulcini’ category of youth team beat Lucento 5-1 on Saturday. It was reported last week that Cristiano Jnr, 8, had joined Juve’s academy side after being on the books at Real Madrid. Sun reports the youngster was in lethal form as he found the net four times in front of step-mum, Georgina Rodriguez. Ronaldo had previously revealed his hope that his son would follow in his footsteps and make it as a professional. Headless body of a lady found along PH road Owerri

According to Facebook user Frank Oluigbo, the headless body of a lady was discovered this morning along the Port-Harcourt road Owerri, on a closer look it was discovered that her breast was also cut off. Aretha Franklin  died on thursday  at her home in Detroit, the Queen of Soul was 76 years old. With a successful carreer spanning over six decades, her fashion and style can be said to be just as magnificent and iconic as her voice Franklin’s style was extravagant, lavish, and befitting of a superstar. Although one of Franklin’s sartorial choices may not be as popular today — she loved wearing fur. 'Game Of Thrones' Season 8 Release Date Might Be Later Than We Thought

Winter is coming ... with a little bit of a delay. Earlier this year, rumor had it that “Game of Thrones” Season 8 would begin airing sometime in April 2019. The gossip started with a quote Maisie Williams allegedly gave Metro in the U.K., which she later denied. Still, fans hopped on the date and rally around it to this day. And, hey, a release earlier in the year makes sense. HBO’s president of programming, Casey Bloys, said the show would be premiering in the first half of 2019. And in order to qualify for the Emmy Awards in ’19, a series must air between June 1, 2018, and May 31, 2019. So if HBO wanted the final season of “Game of Thrones” to be considered in the next Emmys, it would have to air before the end of May. Alas, I’m here to tell you, our April watch has ended. LOL(Lots of laughter) & LMAO(Laughing my ass off)

"LOL(lots of laughter)" "LMAO(laughing my ass off)" a popular abbreviation people use on Social Media to express their selves when they want to give the impression that they are laughing... But after much investigation the report on my table shows if 100 people should use the phrase "LOL" or "LMAO"... The photo shows Argento and Jimmy posing for a romantic selfie, from the photo it looked like they just finished making out. Argento had previously denied having any romantic relationship with the 17 years old. At the time of this photo was taken , Bennet was 17 and Argento 37. The New York times reported that months after Argento accused Weinstein of rape , Argento agreed to pay 'hush money' to Bennet after he accused of sexual assault. Argento denied the allegations in the newspaper in a statement first reported Tuesday by the Huffington Post, saying, "I am deeply shocked and hurt by having read news that is absolutely false. I have never had any sexual relationship with Bennett."
