Ronaldo says 'competitive' son has every chance of following in his footsteps



If you’re mourning the fact that before long we’ll never see a player quite like Cristiano Ronaldo ever again, put the tissues away.

The man himself has spotted someone who he says has every one of his trademark features – and could go to the top of the game.

Well he would say that, it’s his son after all.


In a very rare interview about his private life, the legendary former Real Madrid and Manchester United star has opened up about the Ronaldo legacy – and keeping the famous name going in the game.


The Juventus man believes we will be seeing a lot more of seven-year-old Cristiano Jr in a decade’s time – and that he has even got his win-at-all-costs mentality.
“He’s very competitive,” Ronaldo said in an interview with DANZ after becoming their global ambassador.
“He’s like me as a child. He does not like to lose. He will become like me, I’m 100 per cent sure.

“I like to teach him some things, but in the end he will choose what to do and will always have my support.
“But of course, I would like him to become a footballer because I think he too has that passion.
“He’s powerful, fast, has good technique, a good shot. I will not put pressure on him, but of course it would be a dream for me to see him one day become a footballer.”

Cristiano Jr has already wowed social media after a clip of him firing in a free-kick in before the World Cup.
Predictably, he didn’t hold back in his celebrations either!

Ronaldo Jr exceeds dad, scores four goals on Juventus debut

Cristiano Ronaldo is yet to score for Juventus after three games, but  son found the net four times on his debut with the Under-9 team. Cristiano Ronaldo Jr, wearing his father’s iconic no. 7 shirt, scored four as his team ‘Pulcini’ category of youth team beat Lucento 5-1 on Saturday. It was reported last week that Cristiano Jnr, 8, had joined Juve’s academy side after being on the books at Real Madrid. Sun reports the youngster was in lethal form as he found the net four times in front of step-mum, Georgina Rodriguez. Ronaldo had previously revealed his hope that his son would follow in his footsteps and make it as a professional. Headless body of a lady found along PH road Owerri

According to Facebook user Frank Oluigbo, the headless body of a lady was discovered this morning along the Port-Harcourt road Owerri, on a closer look it was discovered that her breast was also cut off. 'Game Of Thrones' Season 8 Release Date Might Be Later Than We Thought

Winter is coming ... with a little bit of a delay. Earlier this year, rumor had it that “Game of Thrones” Season 8 would begin airing sometime in April 2019. The gossip started with a quote Maisie Williams allegedly gave Metro in the U.K., which she later denied. Still, fans hopped on the date and rally around it to this day. And, hey, a release earlier in the year makes sense. HBO’s president of programming, Casey Bloys, said the show would be premiering in the first half of 2019. And in order to qualify for the Emmy Awards in ’19, a series must air between June 1, 2018, and May 31, 2019. So if HBO wanted the final season of “Game of Thrones” to be considered in the next Emmys, it would have to air before the end of May. Alas, I’m here to tell you, our April watch has ended. LOL(Lots of laughter) & LMAO(Laughing my ass off)

"LOL(lots of laughter)" "LMAO(laughing my ass off)" a popular abbreviation people use on Social Media to express their selves when they want to give the impression that they are laughing... But after much investigation the report on my table shows if 100 people should use the phrase "LOL" or "LMAO"... The New York times reported that months after Argento accused Weinstein of rape , Argento agreed to pay 'hush money' to Bennet after he accused of sexual assault.
